About Our Community
The Ephrata congregation began as a vision to meet a local need, moving from years of planning to its formative stages in 2022 with home Bible studies and our first baptism. In March 2023, we held our first official worship service in Akron, PA. By God’s grace, our church has grown from 6 to 18 members, celebrating several baptisms along the way. We are a growing, Christ-centered community, grateful for God’s faithfulness and excited for what’s ahead.
